Lauren Jauncey

 Lauren Jauncey is the founder and director of Frankly Women and Frankly Diversity.

Lauren is an experienced and highly credentialed people and culture consultant. She has an unwavering passion for diversity and inclusion and a proven track record of improving organisational performance through leadership, talent and culture change programs.

In her current role as Founder and Director of Frankly Diversity, Lauren works with clients to improve business performance through establishing more diverse, inclusive and innovative cultures. Her philosophy is simple - when people feel valued and included they are happier and healthier and will perform better at work. 


Lauren’s clients include the University of Tasmania, Hydro Tasmania, Women in Gaming Australasia, Police Tasmania, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Pacific Aluminium, Department of Treasury and Finance and Message Media. She is regarded as a national leader in diversity and inclusion and is a highly respected facilitator, presenter and coach. 

Throughout her career, Lauren has developed and delivered a range of diversity, culture and leadership programs. 


Prior to launching Frankly Diversity, Lauren was the National Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Australia Post, and was a key contributor to the culture transformation of the iconic business. She and her team achieved significant results, positioning the organisation as a national leader in diversity and inclusion. Accordingly, Lauren knows how to develop and implement a diversity and inclusion strategy that contributes to innovation and engagement and delivers tangible business outcomes. 


Prior to working for Australia Post Lauren was a management consultant with PwC and the Mettle Group. She has represented Australia in track and field and is a qualified personal trainer. Lauren applies her passion for health, wellbeing and fitness to her work as a consultant as she believes that healthy and energised leaders best contribute to healthy and high performing organsiations. 


Lauren is also the co-founder of an e-commerce start-up business www.LittleDesignerClub.com. In July 2018, Little Designer Club won the best new online retailer at the prestigious Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS).


Lauren and her husband, Lucas, are the proud parents of three young daughters: Milla, Frankie and Lily.
